Aiya Residence & Sport Club BTS Budget Hotel was the brain child of Khun Pornchai Kemapuckapong (Owner & Managing Director) who visioned the making of the property 19 years ago. Today it stands as a well known hotel and a superior service apartment complex. The hotel  further had a change of management with its sister concern Aiyapura Resort & Spa now a Furama Xclusive Resort & Spa Aiyapura, Koh Chang managed property.

Our aim has always been to obtain return guests so that we may be able to serve them better if not less then before. We have gradually grown with time and in the past 19 years have strived to provide our guests with the best of service and quality. We have recently refurbished our property and have given the Hotel a touch of Apple Green paint to enhance its look. Further more then the recent change in management has brought in better service, skill sets and individuals with Hotelier experience to provide our existing and new guests checking into our Hotel an experience that is of a home away from home. We have made every effort to work on the feedback, comments & suggestions given on Trip Advisor or through our feedback survey taken by many who chose us as their accommodation provider. This made us re-brand our Hotel to a "BTS Budget Hotel" which would help guests to locate us on the map and reach out to us due to a better priced room structure and facilities that are available at our Hotel. We also have recently replaced for some of our rooms the bedding with High Quality ISPA certified Individual Pocketed Cross Spring Mattresses for more comfort for the Budget Traveler. The same shall be carried out for the rooms in the months to come.
