Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. This voucher is valid for a period of 6 months to 1 year from the date of issue or only for the occasion / date purchased, and will be specified on the voucher,
2. This voucher cannot be combined with any other running promotions at the Hotel,
3. This voucher can be redeemed for a discount on a Room Booking Only,
4. This voucher is valid for Deluxe Room Tower A & above,
5. The voucher can only be redeemed when making a reservation directly with the Hotel Reservation Department. Call +66-28621611 Ext: 600 or 700.
6. Please carry this voucher when checking into the Hotel and hand it to the Front Office Staff with your Booking Confirmation,

The voucher can be purchased once you have made a reservation through our online booking service and you can request the number of vouchers by filling in the quantity in the given box.

The system shall calculate the total amount and accordingly we will charge your card with the amount of the Gift Voucher and send you the Voucher by email or if you wish then the same can be collected upon check-in when you arrive at the Hotel Front Desk.

Please note that your credit card will be charged the same day the request has been made for the Voucher(s)to be issued & sent to you!
