Reservation Requirements/Questions

  • Do I need a credit card to make a hotel room reservation?
    • Yes, Aiya Residence requires a credit card for all online hotel reservations. This guarantees your hotel room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit prior. Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements will be displayed during the online confirmation process.

      If you do not cancel online reservations in accordance with the individual hotel's cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night's hotel stay, unless your online hotel reservation required a full payment in advance or a minimum length of stay.

  • What is Aiya Residence & Sport Club BTS Budget Hotel's online cancellation policy?
    • If you do not cancel online reservations then as per the hotel's cancellation policy, you will be charged for one night's hotel stay unless you're online hotel reservation required a full payment in advance or a minimum length of stay.

      When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless you change or cancel your reservation within the requirements of the individual hotel's cancellation policy. During certain travel periods, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.

  • Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my hotel room reservation?
    • Yes. Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel. Take time to review the cancellation policies for your specific hotel reservation.
  • Can I return to the website and request a written confirmation for my reservation?
    • Yes. Visit our Check Reservations page to retrieve your reservation. Once your reservation has been retrieved a request for a confirmation to be sent to an e-mail can be done from this screen.
  • How do I make reservations for a large group (family reunion, club, etc.)?
    • Requesting 10 or more rooms with the same arrival date qualifies as a group booking. Group travel reservations may have different rates or hotel booking requirements. To request a reservation for your group or for more information, please contact help desk team by SKYPE: aiyahelpdesk or Sales-Aiya.

 

Reservations - Changing/Cancelling

  • How do I view my hotel reservations online?
    • If you made your reservation through our online booking engine, visit our Check Reservations page to look-up your existing reservations by entering your first and last name as well as your confirmation number.
  • How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
    • If you made your hotel reservation through our online booking engine (and it is within the cancellation/modification time frame) you may look-up and modify it via our Check Reservations page. Simply enter your first and last name as well as your confirmation number.
  • I forgot/lost my confirmation number. How do I find it?
    • To retrieve your confirmation number, please contact help desk team by SKYPE: aiyahelpdesk or Sales-Aiya. If the reservation was made directly with the hotel sales department then you will have to contact the hotel directly to retrieve your confirmation number.
  • Can I modify or cancel a reservation that has been booked directly with the hotel?
    • Please contact the hotel directly to make any changes to the reservation. Reservations made at the hotel directly cannot be modified or cancelled through the Aiya Residence booking engine.
  • How do I make a group reservation?
    • To request a reservation for your group or for more information, please contact the hotel directly or call our help desk team by SKYPE: aiyahelpdesk or Sales-Aiya.
