  • Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online. Requests for roll-away beds, cribs and smoking preferences, as well as any requests noted in comments section during the reservation process online can be made. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honored depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the hotel directly.

• What amenities do your hotels have?

• Does Aiya Residence & Sport Club BTS Budget Hotel accept pets?
  • Pets are strictly forbidden and due to the hotel policy we cannot accommodate them. We apologies if this may be of inconvenience to you.

• Do children stay free at Aiya Residence & Sport Club BTS Budget Hotel?
  • Yes, Up-to 2 children below the age of 12 years can stay with their parents in a room.

• What if I left an item at a hotel?
  • For lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If you can do so as soon as you realize your item is missing it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you.
