Building - Tower A (Overlooking the Parking Lot)

The Aiya Residence Suite is situated in the Tower A building. It has a size of 56sqm and the rooms available overlook the Parking Lot of the Tower A building. The  Aiya (Grand) Residence Suite have been recently refurbished with new wooden flooring and interior decor.

All  Aiya (Grand) Residence Suite come with the amenities and services for the budget traveler.  Aiya Residence Suite acquire most of the levels of the Tower A building and the interior layout changes with where it is located in the Tower A building. I.E Garden facing, Parking or Corner Rooms which are called Aiya Suite Rooms which can now be booked, via the Aiya Help Desk or the Sales Department (Head Office, Bangkok)

They are a few and a special request for them has to be made well in advance as they are not bookable over the internet. The rooms are larger and brighter, installed with a split air-condition with an easy accessible remote for the guest to use if the need arises.

The  Aiya Residence Suite have a toilet with shower facilities but no bathtub. The room also has a Refrigerator Bar with soft drinks & beer for the budget traveler. We also provide the guest with complimentary water bottles on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis but guests are advised to put out the "Clean My Room!" hanger so as to allow housekeeping to do the needful.
